Jasmine essential oil has a lot of health benefits and aroma therapy.
How to Jasmine essential oil:
Put 3 to 5 drops of the essential oil in an ounce of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or warmed coconut oil.
Where to use jasmine oil:
1.In creams,lotions and hair care products.
2 In a diffuser.
3.Added to a bowl of hot water to create aromatic steam
4.Diluted in a carrier oil and added to a warm bath mixed with a carrier oil, such as almond oil, and applied topically or as a massage oil
Precautions:
For external use only - Not to be taken orally.
Avoid contact with eyes & sensitive areas.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Avoid while pregnant / breastfeeding.
Store in original container,in a cool, dark place, and out of direct light and children
Important: Essential oils require dilution for topical usage. Do not use undiluted essential oils on your skin.For facial applications such as masks or oils, a 1% or less dilution is recommended. For massages oils and other leave-on body products, a 2% dilution is recommended, and for other rinse-off bath and body products, 3% is recommended Do not consume.
