Shipping Fees (Main Delivery Centres)

Our shipping costs vary according to the actual and volumetric weight of your order. Rates start from R115 for orders weighing 0.001–20 kg, with the highest rate being R829 for orders weighing 90.1–100 kg.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated, and you will see the applicable charge at checkout.

Surcharges and high risk zones

High Risk Zones: These areas are considered unsafe for couriers to travel to, and an additional surcharge may apply over and above the standard shipping cost. If you reside in an area classified as “high-risk,” an invoice for the surcharge will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch.

Outlying Areas: These are areas that fall outside of the main delivery centres.  An additional surcharge of up to R200 may apply for outlying areas.  An invoice will be sent to you for payment prior to dispatch. 

Shipping & Order Terms

Our shipping is managed by a third-party service provider, Bob Go Smart Shipping. For detailed shipping terms and conditions, please refer to their official website.

All orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1–2 working days, and delivery will be confirmed via Bob Go Smart Shipping.

Important Notice:
Once your online order has been processed, finalized, and paid for, no changes, additions, swaps, or modifications can be made. If you wish to purchase additional items or make changes, you will need to place a new online order.

In order to speed up the order processing time, customers must send proof of payment to hello@wayserve.co.za as same-day released payment. Make sure the delivery address and receiver's contacts are correct.
