Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original, undamaged packaging

Wayserve will not accept returns for any products where the packaging has been removed, opened, damaged, or tampered with.

Packaging and Packaging Accessories

Please note that returns/exchanges are not accepted for packaging products and packaging accessories, including but not limited to:

  • Empty cosmetic jars
  • Empty bottles
  • Closures, caps, and lids

As these items are non-returnable, we recommend purchasing a sample before placing a larger order if you are unsure which product best suits your needs.

 

Damaged Products

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 2 days of such delivery / collection by sending us an email on hello@wayserve.co.za with  order number in the subject line. You should also attach a picture of the damaged product on email.

Once a return is validated (after inspection), We will replace or refund the full amount.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed after the product has reached our warehouse and is in the original package, undamaged. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase/checkout in 7 to 14 working days.  If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiated the process after 7 Days,no refund will be processed. You only get a replacement.Shipping fee is non-refundable

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not been shipped.A full refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after the date of cancellation. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped ,the order cannot be cancelled.However,you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy
