These are items where the inner contents are brand new but the original/outer packaging is missing/damaged. The damage occurs during shipment from our suppliers to our warehouse. For protection, Wayserve may reseal or replace the original packaging. We further guarantee that the contents are unopened/unused. Our return policy applies to all unboxed deals
