A. All our products are 100% original sourced directly from manufacturers and authorized distributors.This is our guarantee to you.

 

Q.What is Wayserve store location?

A.Currently, we are purely an online store and do not have a physical location. We only have a local sorting hub to fulfil orders. All orders must be placed online

 

Q.How much is Wayserve delivery fee and order processing time?

A.All Instock products are delivered withing 2 to 5 working days and all Leadtime orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days.Orders above R599 are shipped FREE of charge and orders below R599 attract a flat shipping fee or R90 through out South Africa. Please note that our couriers do not deliver to townships.

 

Q.How do i track my order?

Q.What are Wayserve payment options?

A.All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept credit card payments via the website and on request will supply our banking details should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit.

Q.Where can I send my proof of payment if I pay using bank transfer?

A .Proof of payments should be sent to  hello@wayserve.co.za To avoid order cancellations,proof of payments should be sent immediately after placing an order as we do not reserve stock for orders that have not been paid for.
